- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A tour is confirmed only after full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received.
- You will receive an email confirmation and/or booking reference upon successful payment.
- Please carefully review the tour details, meeting point/pick-up location, and timings listed on the specific tour page.
a) Cancellation by Guest
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Note: The cancellation and refund policy stated here applies to most tours. If a specific tour has a different cancellation policy, the terms mentioned on that tour's individual page will override this general policy.
b) Rescheduling
You may reschedule your tour (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
c) Cancellation by Comfy Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including:
- Severe weather
- Low participant count
- Safety concerns
- Events beyond our control
If we cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Tour-specific details such as start time, duration, inclusions, exclusions, meeting point or pickup location are listed on each tour’s product page via our Bokun booking widget.
- Please review all details before booking.
- We are not responsible for misunderstandings caused by failure to read the full tour description.
- Arrive at the specified meeting point or be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated; refunds or rescheduling are not guaranteed.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
- Inform us of any health issues, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking.
Comfy Tours and its guides are not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Loss, damage, or theft of belongings
- Delays due to traffic or external factors
All participants join our tours at their own risk.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
Some tours may include services provided by third parties (e.g., local restaurants, transport providers, or entry tickets).
We also use third-party platforms like Bokun to manage bookings and PayPal to securely process payments.
While we work with reliable partners, we are not liable for their service delivery, privacy practices, or platform performance. Please refer to their respective terms if needed.
- Our guides or participants may take photos or videos during the tour.
- Our guide will inform the group in advance if photos/videos may be taken.
- If you do not wish to be included, inform the guide and we’ll respect your preference.
- If a photo/video was taken without your consent, it will not be used for promotion unless we receive your permission.
- We collect only the necessary personal information (e.g., name, email, phone) for booking and communication.
- Your data is securely handled and may be shared with trusted third-party services such as Bokun (for booking management) and PayPal (for secure payment processing), solely for completing your transaction.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for marketing purposes.

Comfy Tours is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government actions or restrictions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Technical failures or transportation disruptions
- Some tours may have minimum age or physical fitness requirements.
- Please check the tour description before booking.
- Comfy Tours may refuse participation if we believe a guest cannot complete the tour safely or comfortably.
- Unless specified, all tours are conducted in English.
- For other languages or accessibility needs, please contact us in advance to check arrangements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
To protect against fraud, misuse, or chargebacks—especially when using third-party payment providers like PayPal—Comfy Tours may occasionally request additional verification before confirming or continuing with a booking.
- We may ask for supporting information related to your booking or payment method, which could include a government-issued ID or written confirmation.
- In some cases, we may securely retain this information to provide documentation if requested by our payment provider during a dispute or review.
- If the requested information is not provided or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the booking under our cancellation policy—or make an exception at our sole discretion.
These measures help ensure secure transactions for all parties. We appreciate your understanding. Our decision in such cases will be final.
